Job Details:

• Employed outpatient opportunity
• New market to start June 2020
• The patient volume is quality based and seeing 16-18 per day
• New patients are scheduled at 40-minute intervals and follow-ups are 20 minutes
• Practice call is phone call only, Practice call telephonic 1:15 or better
• Balanced work/life clinic hours 7:30 AM 5 PM, M F
• Physician-run organization
• Exclusive focus on complex Medicare patients
• Small panel size ( patients)
• Complimentary concierge service: Onsite pharmacy, labs, diagnostics, Door to doctor transportation, Acupuncture, Optometry Podiatry, Case management and social work services
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
• Active Tennessee License
• Geriatric Fellowship is a plus but not required
