Position: Internist with Specialization in Gastroenterology (Permanent Placement)We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology specialist to join our team in a permanent capacity. Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of gastrointestinal disorders, including conditions related to the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder.
- Conduct outpatient clinics, perform endoscopic procedures, and manage inpatient care as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure adherence to current clinical guidelines and maintain high standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Participate in on-call rotations, which require availability for 7-10 days per month to provide continuous patient coverage.
- Document patient encounters accurately and comprehensively, maintaining up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications:- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of California.
- Proven experience in managing a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
