We are seeking a PM&R physician for inpatient rehabilitation locums coverage in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, beginning March 2026 with coverage through August 2026.

This is a well-established inpatient rehab unit within a large health system, offering a predictable weekday schedule, defined call structure, and strong interdisciplinary support.

Position Highlights

• Inpatient rehabilitation setting

• Team-based, hospital-employed rehab unit

• Epic EMR

• Temporary privileges available

Schedule

• Weekdays: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Call: Occasional structured call week

  • Night call Monday Sunday

  • Daytime rounding on weekends during call week

• Ongoing, full-time coverage need

Clinical Scope

• Inpatient rehab rounding (up to 20 patients/day)

• Inpatient consults

• Typical diagnoses include stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic and neurologic rehab

Compensation

• $285/hour daytime coverage

• Night call stipend available

• Callback paid at hourly rate

• Travel, lodging, and rental car covered per policy

Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R

• Pennsylvania license or IMLC in hand

• DEA required
