Job Details
- Coverage Type: 24-hour call plus rounding and admits
- Procedures: Both spinal and cranial
- Facility: Hospital-based, with imaging, lab, procedure rooms, and OR on-site
- Team Composition: 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Ortho-spinal surgeon, and Neurosurgery APPs in clinic
- Certification: Board certified providers only (no BE)
- Privileging: 10 days from application receipt for clean providers
- Patient Volume: Approximately 5 inpatients per day
- EMR: Cerner
Compensation Rates
- Malpractice: Included in rates
- On-call daily: Per 24 hours of call coverage
- Weekend call: Saturday & Sunday (Per 24 hours of call, including 4 gratis hours)
- Call back: Per hour of patient call back hours
- Holidays: 1.5x
- Conversion rate
Certification Requirements
