The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, and ensuring safety protocols within a senior living community. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, preparing apartments for new residents, and maintaining community grounds and supplies. This position requires prior maintenance or janitorial experience and a proactive, positive attitude to support both residents and associates.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint and more!
Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates.
Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies.
Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
Salary range: USD $22.25 - USD $25.50 /Hr.
