Education:
- Bachelor’s degree – Required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensure:
- Active Physical Therapy license in North Carolina – Required

What You'll Do:
Physical Therapist with pelvic health experience as pelvic health will be the majority of patient caseload. Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) that support patient satisfaction and principles of service excellence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Individual will possess commensurate combination of education, experience and qualifications.
