LOCATION: Chicago, IL area

We are looking for experienced NPs or PAs to provide Occ Med/Urgent Care coverage in the Chicagoland area. Day shifts and Night Shifts available.

Franklin Park Location
Walk in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine
Shift openings: asap-9/29/23 possibly extending
Clinic hours are 9:30a-6:30p & 12p-9p Rotating day shifts
Various shifts within the Chicagoland area - will float to all centers and shift times as needed.
EMR: Allscripts

Bridgeview Location
Dates: asap - 9/1/23 with extension possible
Shifts: 9:30a-6:30p, 12p-9p and 9p-6a
Clinic hours are Mon-Sun 24/7 (SW part of Chicago)

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have DOT Certification
BLS Certification
IL License and DEA required
1 year of experience with Occ Med/Urgent Care
