- Location: Peoria Heights, IL
- Start Date: 30-90 days
- Position Type: Permanent
- Setting: Outpatient, Urgent Care-like setting
- Schedule: Flexible, 40 hours. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8a to 6p, Saturday 9a to 4p
- Call: No call responsibilities
- Patient Load: 20-25 patients per day Includes Primary Care, Occupational Health, DOT Physicals & Walk Ins
- EMR: Epic
- Additional Info: Growing practice with a Physician and APP.
- Job Requirements: Must be BE/BC in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine-trained and MROCC.
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience
