Description

Reporting to the Food Production Manager, this position performs a variety of specialized duties related to the receipt, interpretation and follow through of the patient diet prescription.

Required Qualifications:

• Within 30 days of hire National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nutrition, or equivalent educ/experience
• Experience in modified diets/hospital dietetics.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
