Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Required
- Fellowship: Preferred
- Licensure: Licensed in California
- Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45 days
- Malpractice History: Clean history with no open or paid claims over the past 10 years
Additional Details:
- Orientation and Onboarding: Scheduled for November 1, 2024, with coverage starting on November 4, 2024
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- Hospital Designation: Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
