- Work alongside other highly motivated anesthesiologists in a strong care team model style practice.
- We foster close collaboration with our surgical and perioperative colleagues, ensuring we collectively provide the highest standard of anesthesia care for the Phoenix community.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
- Great opportunity for experienced Anesthesiologists or individuals just starting their careers.
- New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
Practice in the Heart of the CommunityFlexible Scheduling:
- 44 weeks a year, average of 4 5hours a week, 8 Weeks PTO
- Our team boasts high retention rates, with collaborative efforts to ensure coverage during time off.
- No overnights or weekends are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physicians act in both a supervisory role and also shifts performing clinical work independently.
- Banner University Medical Center is a nationally recognized, 733-bed academic Level I Trauma Center and one of Arizona's leading hospitals.

Rewards and Benefits:
- Compensation:
- 44 weeks a year- W2: $450K to $600K (with call) 1099: $467K to $700K (with call)
- Sign-on bonus and quality bonus available
