• Office Space & Equipment are available
• Satellite office within 25 miles from Main office
• 10 Days of Call per month
• Projected Start Date: Summer 2022
• Provides GYN services to support the primary care providers in the Rural Health Clinic
• Established NP in practice serving as a major referral source for surgical procedures
