Unit: 33-room unit (up to 49 patients; some semi-private), Meditech, telemetry monitoring
Staffing/ratios: Days: 2 charge, 2 techs, 6–7 RNs (~4:1); Nights: 1 charge, 1.5 tech, 5–6 RNs (~5:1)
Must-have: BLS and solid Med/Surg background
Preferred: Spinal cord injury (SCI) experience
Common care: Wound care, occasional bowel program, light burn care
