Salary Scale: $290,000-$314,000/ year sign on bonus, relocation reimbursement and annual metric bonus also available, and not included in the above salary range. Production compensation model is also available and the choice of the provider to be paid on a guarantee or production model

Adventist Health Clear Lake (AHCL) is a 25-bed Critical Access medical center in Clearlake, California, serving Lake County. Services include 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT mammography), home care, ICU, laboratory, maternity, physical rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, surgery, and ten rural health clinics around the lake that provide primary care, behavioral health, dental care, OB/GYN, pediatrics and specialty health care services.
