A well-established import dealership in the Charlotte market looking for a motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department to the next level. Responsibilities - Service Manager:

  • Oversee daily operations in the service department and keep everything running smoothly
  • Provide support to service advisors and technicians
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Cultivate a positive, team-first work environment where people want to give their best
  • Ensure timely completion of service appointments and an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with parts and sales to keep operations seamless


Qualifications/Requirements - Service Manager:

  • Previous experience in Automotive Service Management
  • Experienced Assistant Service Manager will also be considered
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Lead by example and bring out the best in your team
  • Are confident with DMS tools (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) and OEM platforms
  • Communicate clearly and handle challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
