Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care for older adults in Brooklyn, NY. The full-time position operates Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary, benefits, and partnership track opportunities. Candidates with experience in geriatrics, value-based healthcare, and outpatient settings are preferred, with additional consideration for a Center Medical Director role.

Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who is intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults in Brooklyn, NY.

Position Highlights:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics
- Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations
- Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
- Experience in outpatient primary care settings
Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position
Deliver higher quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs and provides an unmatched experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities

Benefits:

Salary: $240,000 - $263,000 - Wider range available depending on experience
Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
