Compensation: $100,000 $120,000/year + annual bonus + full benefits
Physician Services Group (PSG) of South Carolina is actively seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in Post-Acute Care facilities across Sumter, SC. This position offers consistent weekday hours and a genuine opportunity to make an impact no weekends, no nights, minimal call giving you the work-life balance you deserve.
What You ll Do:
-Serve as the lead NP at assigned post-acute facilities
-Manage patient admissions, Medicare follow-ups, and acute care needs
-Collaborate with attending physicians, therapists, social workers, and families
-Review labs, update EMRs, and ensure accurate documentation and billing
-Support clinical quality initiatives and promote patient-centered outcomes
What We re Looking For:
-Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC or equivalent)
-Active South Carolina license (or ability to obtain quickly)
-Strong clinical experience; hospital or acute care background a plus
-Proficiency with EMRs and solid clinical decision-making skills
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
