Paralegal – Bankruptcy, Matrimonial Law & Commercial Litigation (Hybrid)
Location: NYC (Hybrid – Work from Home Mondays & Fridays)
Type: Permanent or Temp-to-Perm
Salary: Temp: $33–$34/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with cases in bankruptcy, matrimonial law, and commercial litigation
Draft and maintain corporate minutes, reports, interrogatories, and pleadings
Support litigation processes, including e-filing, discovery, and case management
Perform document review and legal research as needed
Maintain and organize case files and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
4–5 years of paralegal experience, with exposure to bankruptcy and litigation
Computer savvy – comfortable using legal software and case management tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
