Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner in Ohio
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care to individuals with hematologic and oncologic disorders
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Administer chemotherapy and other specialized treatments
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio (or willing to get)
- Certification in Hematology and Oncology preferred
- Prior experience in a hematology/oncology setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
