Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Pediatrics (Pediatrician)
- Proven experience in pediatric inpatient management
- Strong clinical skills in acute pediatric care and diagnosis
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion
- Knowledge of current pediatric medical standards and protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with neonatal and adolescent care
- Previous hospitalist or inpatient pediatric service experience
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of post-residency experience in pediatric hospital settings
- Board certification in Pediatrics or eligibility to obtain certification
