Compensation :

• Direct from Training: $675,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan
• With 3 or More Years of Practice Experience: $725,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $150,000 educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable
• $5,000 professional expense allowance
