- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Vermont or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
- Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- All required healthcare credentials must be uploaded three business days prior to start date
- Provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting, following AACN Standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for ICU patients
- Monitor and interpret telemetry; respond to changes in patient condition promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Deliver care to diverse populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional nursing standards
