Hawaiian medical group is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon for its Medical Center on the island of Oahu
Position Highlights
- Exceptional opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon with solid clinical and surgical skills to practice in an innovative, collaborative, and fully integrated health system
- Full spectrum adult cardiac practice with an overall volume of 225 pumps per year, evenly distributed between two surgeons. Cases are typically moderate to high complexity and risk
- Cardiothoracic division includes 2 CT surgeons, 1 Thoracic surgeon and 4 Physician Assistants
- Strong and experienced team of 4 cardiac anesthesiologists and excellent support and collaboration with cardiology and vascular surgery
- Predictable and uncomplicated call schedule with rare emergent cases which promote a healthy work life balance
Position Qualifications
- Board Certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery (ABTS)
- 5-10 years of experience
