The role includes providing behavioral health treatment for a wide variety of psychiatric disorders and collaborating with other professionals to optimize patient care.Position Details

Requirements- Completion of a Psychiatric Residency or Family Medicine/Psychiatry Residency in an ACGME-approved program
- Valid NY State medical license (MD or DO)
- Valid NY DEA certificate
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years full-time experience in child/adult psychiatry
- Willingness to work with children is a plus
- Board of Psychiatry certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior listening ability and emotional intelligence
- Expert diagnostic skills
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
