OBGYN Opening in Central Washington
Position Overview:
- Anticipated 1:4 call shared with local OB/GYN physicians
- Onsite lab, X-ray, CT scan, and MRI
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
- Manage a patient load of 16-18 per day
- Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record system
- Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Join an OB/GYN team of two physicians and two ARNP nurse midwives. This position is being added to support community growth.
Work/Life Balance and Benefits:
- Compensation: First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median. Transition to RVU production in year two. Starting salary range based on training, experience, and certifications.
- Time Off: Up to 11 weeks of time off after the first year (full-time, five-day production work week, non-immigration status).
- Government Site Qualified: HPSA Score 14
- Relocation Expenses: Up to $20,000, including packing.
