Job Opportunity: Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician in Sullivan, MO

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Manage diverse women's health issues including prenatal, delivery, postnatal care, and gynecological surgeries.
• Conduct inpatient rounds and collaborate with hospitalists for continuity of care.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including primary care providers and specialists.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology and equipment for procedures.
• Participate in shared call schedules to balance personal and professional life.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with hospital guidelines.
• Engage in the mentorship of advanced practice providers and support staff.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development.
• Support hospital outreach efforts and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve a community-focused role, impacting healthcare in a rural area.

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• A valid Missouri medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• At least 2 years of experience in OB/GYN preferred.
• DEA and CSR/CDS licenses required prior to starting.
• Clean malpractice and license history preferred.
