A non-profit integrated health system in eastern Massachusetts is adding an Otolaryngologist to our robust practice north of Boston, Massachusetts. Position Highlights: Join a team of 6 Otolaryngologists and 2 Advanced Practitioners The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and a strong clinical background in Otolaryngology Provide comprehensive care in general Otolaryngology Actively participate in residency training, including clinical teaching and academic activities Our Division of Otolaryngology has a long-standing academic and teaching affiliation with Boston University Medical Center, and members of the Division hold academic appointments there commensurate with years of experience and accomplishments Vital to the Boston University Otolaryngology Residency Training Program, with four residents rotating throughout the year 317-bed tertiary care facility, outpatient clinic, and Level I trauma center Physician-led, multi-disciplinary group practice of more than 500 physicians About the financial package: Base Salary is in line with MGMA and Sullivan Cotter Robust benefits package Incentive bonuses Sign-on bonus Relocation Location/Community: Located just 16 miles north of Boston Excellent school systems, abundant cultural activities in a world-class city, and convenient access to the mountains and the seacoast of New England.
