Flexible float role across multiple ICUs with exposure to advanced care and treatments. RN ICU Float Pool covering multiple shifts across UCHealth hospitals; full-time or PRN; on-site; variable schedule across day/evening/night; ongoing position (permanent). - Active RN license (state-specific) - 2+ years ICU critical care experience - BLS and ACLS certifications - Ability to work multiple shifts and float across units - Strong adaptability and teamwork skills
