Schedule: December April, clinic and call
Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Types of Cases: general adult urology
Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days, temporary privileges available
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Certifications Required: Must be board certified
Licensure Required: willing to have a licensing candidate
