Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans and strategies under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document data on client behavior and progress

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to clients to foster social development and skill acquisition

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (no prior experience necessary)

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
