Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy plans and strategies under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and document data on client behavior and progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to clients to foster social development and skill acquisition
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required (no prior experience necessary)
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
