Opportunity to join a high‑earning EP team with $800K–$999K base plus production bonus. Full‑time BC/BE Electrophysiology Physician in Western Illinois; permanent role; onsite 2 cath labs with 24/7 nursing; 1:3 call; no surgical backup; designated Chest Pain Center. • BC/BE in Cardiology with Electrophysiology fellowship
• Experience with ablation, pacemaker and ICD implantation
• Comfortable working in facility without surgical backup
• Ability to participate in 1:3 call schedule
• Eligible to work in Illinois (licensure as required)

? Clinical and Invasive Cardiac Electrophysiology
? Ablation, Pacemaker, and Defibrillator Skills Required
? 2 Cath Labs Onsite
? 24/7 operation; nurses are on call 24/7
? No Surgical Backup
? Designated Chest Pain Center
? 1:3 call
? Current Staff ? 2 Interventionalists, 2 General Cardiologists, 6 NPs, Part Time EP
? ($800,000-$999,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential)
