The RN Specialty Coordinator in the Operating Room provides coordinated patient care by managing resources and supporting clinical staff. This role focuses on improving quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while mentoring teams and organizing clinical development activities. They also develop schedules and oversee daily staffing to ensure smooth patient throughput and care delivery.
