Our job summary

Seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead the in-room dining (IRD) kitchen at a large full-service resort or hotel, responsible for menu and recipe development, recipe costing, and managing food cost and labor to budget. Role requires 5+ years progressive leadership in luxury hospitality, including 2+ years experience with 24-hour IRD, collaborative cross-department coordination, and team management.
