Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a rural outpatient clinic, requiring current AHA BLS and a TN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in an outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
- Patient population primarily orthopedic but may include a variety of diagnoses due to rural location
- Strong team support from an OCS PT and three PTAs
- Day shift Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an option for a 4x10 (7:00 am to 6:00 pm) schedule
- No weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts
- Preferred experience with Redoc/Net Health charting systems
- Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of a wide range of patient diagnoses
- Collaborate within a supportive team environment with an OCS PT and PTAs
- No holiday or weekend coverage required
- Two professional references are needed for consideration
Requirements
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Current Tennessee PT license required (license required if applicable)
- One year of physical therapy experience preferred
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic preferred
- Preferred experience with Redoc/Net Health charting systems
- Locals and first-time travelers accepted at the same rate
