Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Final Assembly II to join their team. As a Final Assembly II, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Final Assembly II
Location: Wichita, KS
Pay Range: $24.35
Shift: 1st Shift 7 AM - 3 PM
What's the Job?
- Re-Assemble purchased and fabricated parts, weldments, and sub-assemblies to produce a variety of attachments and units according to specifications.
- Make mechanical adjustments and perform rework to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Position, install, attach, and apply parts following work instructions and process sheets.
- Perform rework such as cleaning, drilling, tapping, and filling to facilitate proper assembly.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with a minimum of 1 year mechanical role.
- Ability to work with computers and basic software systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, machinery, or vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
