Real Estate Rental Leasing Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants, brokers, and agents by phone and email
  • Schedule and manage property showings, coordinating logistics for prospective tenants and brokers
  • Lead engaging property tours, delivering comprehensive information on available apartments and buildings
  • Collaborate with property management and construction teams to ensure all units are market-ready and in top condition
  • Work with web and listings managers to ensure accurate and appealing online marketing of available properties
  • Assist in the drafting, review, and finalization of lease agreements, including both new leases and renewals
  • Track leasing metrics such as active deals, vacancies, renewals, and pricing trends, providing regular updates
  • Partner with multiple departments to support special projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence
