This Level 1 trauma center operates with supervision model anesthesia services supporting diverse surgical specialties. The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia care during flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours with no call coverage required at this Level 1 trauma center. Responsibilities include delivering anesthesia for general surgery, neurosurgical cases, and deep sedation/MAC procedures while managing adult patients and limited pediatric population. The clinician will conduct pre-operative assessments, administer anesthetics safely, monitor patients throughout procedures, manage ventilation, and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia. Additional duties include responding to patient emergencies, collaborating with anesthesiologists and perioperative staff, documenting care in Epic EMR, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
