Schedule: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized Plans of Care (POC)
- Provide treatment to children ages birth–21 with diverse diagnoses
- Manage medically complex pediatric cases, including SCI, TBI, developmental delays, cognitive impairments, expressive/receptive language disorders, dysfluency, and hearing impairments
- Complete electronic documentation and billing accurately and timely
- Maintain productivity and effective resource utilization
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and scheduling teams to maintain a full caseload
- Educate students, staff, patients, families, and community partners
- Maintain continuing education requirements for licensure
- Promote rehab team culture and UF Health expected behaviors
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license
- Pediatric outpatient experience REQUIRED
- Experience treating medically complex pediatric populations
- Ability to evaluate and treat a wide range of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary rehab setting
