Travel Nursing Job Details

• Job Title: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN)
• Location: Weston, WV 26452 (West Virginia healthcare jobs)
• Unit: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Unit
• Contract Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Shift: Night Shift – 4x12 hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 - $1,680 per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (6-month contract preferred)
• Start Date: October 6, 2025
• End Date: January 5, 2026
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend (blocked scheduling available)
• Open Positions: 4 Tele RN openings

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (West Virginia RN license preferred)
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent experience in Telemetry or Medical-Surgical nursing
• Ability to work night shifts and every third weekend
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Experience with stepdown-level patient care is a plus

Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, EKGs, and vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate and support patients and families, providing emotional care and health information
• Adapt to caring for stepdown-level patients as needed
