Locum tenens Cardiologist role in Minnesota; inpatient/outpatient mix; 1–2 weeks/month; weekdays ~9-hour shifts; 12–15 inpatient patients/day; responsibilities include consults, Echo/stress echo interpretation, EKG reads, TEEs, cardioversions; contract locum assignment via CompHealth. - Board-certified/eligible Cardiologist or equivalent licensure
- Experience with inpatient consults and outpatient clinics
- Proficient in echocardiography, stress echos, EKG interpretation; TEE/cardioversion experience preferred
- Active MN medical license or ability to obtain
- Malpractice coverage (arranged)

Around 1-2 weeks per month Inpatient and outpatient cardiology mix 8-14 consults inpatient days 12-15 patients per day outpatient Echo interpretations and stress echos EKG reads, TEEs, cardioversions preferred 9 hour workdays on weekdays Vascular ultrasounds a plus We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail From $250.00 to $350.00 Hourly Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
