This role is for a full-time Internal Medicine or Geriatrics Physician providing compassionate, primary care to senior patients in an outpatient setting with a focus on quality and work-life balance. Physicians work within a multidisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, value-based care tailored to older adults. A rapidly expanding, senior-focused outpatient care organization is seeking dedicated Primary Care Physicians who want to practice medicine with purpose. This model is built for physicians who value time with patients, strong team-based support, and a meaningful role in improving the health and well-being of older adults. This is a full-time Monday Friday position (8am 5pm) with no nights, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities.

What You ll DoProvide compassionate, comprehensive primary care to a senior population in an outpatient-only setting. Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based standards. Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team including NPs/PAs, nurses, behavioral health specialists, social workers, clinical pharmacists, care coordinators, and quality-based coders. Participate in daily huddles, collaborate on care plans, and ensure accurate documentation aligned with quality and value-based standards. Act as a leader within the center by promoting coordinated care, proactive outreach, and exceptional patient experiences.

What You BringMD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. Current or attainable medical license in the state of practice. Strong interest in senior care and value-based medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in geriatrics, Medicare Advantage, VBC, HEDIS, or EMR systems is helpful but not required for motivated learners. Candidates must be pursuing full-time, Monday Friday employment.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary range of $225,000 $315,000 depending on experience and location. Robust bonus opportunities tied to quality and patient outcomes.
