Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary near MGMA 75th percentile, wRVU productivity incentives, a $100K sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and full benefits.
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a 420-bed regional referral and Level II trauma center in Dothan, Alabama, in finding a board-certified/ board-eligible Neurosurgeon to join their well-established Neurospine Center, which treats adult patients. Job Description Clinic is located on the hospital?s campus with easy access to OR, ED, etc. Staffing currently consists of two neurosurgeons (one general and one cerebrovascular/Endovascular), two interventional/vascular neurologists, and General Neurologists. Schedule is roughly 40% clinic, 60% procedural ( case mix is roughly 70% spine and 30% general) Will have dedicated OR time, so doesn?t have to fight with Ortho, General Surgery, etc. for OR time Call is roughly 10 days/month (includes trauma and ED calls) Compensation/Benefits Guaranteed base about MGMA 75% plus wRVU productivity 100K Sign-on bonus Student loan repayment Full benefits package Employer-funded retirement plan About Dothan, Alabama Dothan is a city located in Dale, Henry, and Houston counties, and serves as the county seat of Houston County in Alabama.
