Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible hours based on your availability
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care
Monitor client progress and update goals based on data
Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
