Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Occupational Therapist to join our travel team in a Hospice setting, in Kokomo, IN! This is a full time travel contract position.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Active IN. Hospice license
- 2+ years of Occupational Therapist experience
- This position begins on 01/05/2026 and ends on 04/06/2026
