Grocery retailer on the Islands, is seeking a Director of Facilities and Construction to manage existing facilities and new construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of new construction as well as existing building upgrades and maintenance.
• Plan, budget, organize and supervise all permitting and compliance.
• Build strong vendor partnerships and secure the best products at the best prices.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and world-class service.
• Travel across the islands working with the construction, facilities and maintenance team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of leadership in construction or engineering management in multiple facilities.
• Bachelor degree in construction or related field is required.
• Proven track record of handling new construction, permits, local building codes and meeting deadlines.
• Expertise in problem-solving, budgeting and planning.
• Collaborative, inspiring leadership style with excellent communication skills.
