Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in Colorado with a required CO or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Operating Room unit of an acute care hospital
- Patient care involves pre-, intra-, and post-operative surgical patients
- Shift schedule is 07:00 to 19:00
- 13-week contract assignment
- Provide perioperative care as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Complete orientation prior to start as scheduled by unit
- No certification may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent OR nursing experience required
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
