The PLM Implementation Specialist acts as a liaison between business, technology, and users to enhance product lifecycle management within retail and consumer product sectors. Responsibilities include user support, collaboration with product managers, creation of training materials, and support for change management initiatives. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in product management or marketing, with emphasis on product adoption and system engagement.
Join our team as a PLM Implementation Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between business, technology, and user experience, significantly impacting product development.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for users, addressing inquiries and providing guidance to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to communicate updates and gather feedback for PLM enhancements.
- Create and manage user-facing materials, including training guides and release notes, to facilitate understanding and adoption.
- Assist in product management tasks such as documenting requirements and validating functionality.
- Support change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions as new features are introduced.
- Monitor user engagement and system adoption, identifying opportunities for improved training and communication.
Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in product management or product marketing.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail or consumer products sectors.
- Familiarity with Owned Brand PLM systems and product development processes.
- Knowledge of Apparel & Accessories, Home & Hardlines, and Essentials & Beauty product categories.
