The role requires at least 2 years of OT experience and an active Washington state SNF license, with the contract running from December 19, 2025, to March 13, 2026. Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Occupational Therapist to join our travel team in a SNF UNIT setting, in ENUMCLAW, WA! This is a full time travel contract position.

- Active WA. SNF UNIT license
- 2+ years of Occupational Therapist experience
- This position begins on 12/12/2025 and ends on 03/13/2026
