A health services network in Wisconsin is currently seeking a licensed Family Medicine Physician, with a Primary Care background, for a great opportunity with their team in Milwaukee.
About the Opportunity:- Setting: Medical Clinic
- Specialty: Family Medicine
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (32 hours of patient care minimum which is 4 days in the clinic)
- Patient Population: All Ages
Responsibilities:The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers
- Conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Performing in-office procedures
- Handling other duties, as needed
Qualifications:- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State ofWisconsin
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine Residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an Outpatient Primary Care setting
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine / Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
