Vanderbilt Health seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Podiatric Medicine Physician to provide diagnosis, nonsurgical and surgical care, wound management, orthotics, and rehabilitation for foot and ankle disorders at two community hospitals in southern Middle Tennessee. This non-academic position works collaboratively with orthopaedics and hospital teams, offers no on-call requirement, uses Epic EMR and AI scribe technology, and includes a two-year salary guarantee plus benefits and bonus opportunities. Position Highlights:
- Join an existing cohort of two Orthopaedic surgeons supporting Vanderbilt Tullahoma Harton Hospital (VTHH) and Vanderbilt Bedford Hospital (VBH), community hospitals that anchor our fast-growing market in southern middle Tennessee.
- In this non-academic role, diagnose, treat, and educate patients with disorders of the foot and ankle in a collaborative team of caregivers.
- Develop and implement treatment plans including in-office procedures, elective forefoot surgeries, wound care, physical therapy, and orthotics.
- No call required.
